外加剂储罐清洗的注意事项：

1、清洗前需打开储罐通风，外加剂一般都要求密闭储存，存放于阴凉通风处，避免雨水污染或阳光暴晒。长期密闭存储极易导致储罐内氧气不足。外加剂特别是萘系磺酸盐系列外加剂产品，由于生产过程中本身要使用甲醛、浓硫酸、工业萘等有毒化工原料，夏天温度高时，在储罐内也会释放大量甲醛等有毒气体。

Long term closed storage can easily lead to insufficient oxygen in tanks. 2、清洗储罐时需轮流作业，外加剂储罐口径较小，工人在储罐内清理作业时，大强度的劳动强度会导致储罐内氧气不足。在进行储罐清理时，需要2-3名员工轮流作业清理，每10-15分钟轮换，避免单人作业。若条件允许，在外加剂储罐入口处放置一台电风扇，一方面可加速储罐内空气流动，也可以降低储罐内温度。

3、必须配备相应的防护措施工人在进入储罐清理之前，必须配备安全绳、防护罩、雨靴等防护措施。外加剂本身属于化工品，本身对皮肤有一些伤害。工人在进入清理，若感到身体不适，应立即停止清理，以免发生意外。
3.
